• Create and facilitate exceptional learning sessions – develop workshops across disciplines (mathematics, sciences, philosophy, creative writing) and deliver 1‑on‑1 coaching to 15‑20 gifted learners advancing at 5‑10x typical speed
• Identify and resolve cognitive barriers – adjust methodologies dynamically to assist students who have surpassed conventional education in discovering their intellectual advantage
• Apply AI tools for customization
• Partner and refine – improve workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using both qualitative input and quantitative data

• Exceptional educational background – Bachelor's degree from Ivy League institution or comparable university
• Demonstrated academic achievement – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, accelerated college completion, or equivalent distinction
• Distinguished academic credential – Competitive scholarship recipient (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), membership in Mensa/Triple Nine Society, PhD holder, or university‑level instruction experience
• 3 years of mentorship background – experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing students in any setting
• Regular AI tool engagement – self‑reported daily utilization of generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Geographic flexibility – prepared to relocate to or work on‑site in Austin (Georgetown), TX
• Employment eligibility – authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
