Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily operations of the Defined Benefit Pension Plan (LUERP), ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting participants with Plan-related inquiries.
  • Calculate estimates of LUERP Pension Benefits for current participants.
  • Calculate actual calculations for terminated vested participants.
  • Send and process/review required paperwork for Pension payments (lump sums and annuities).
  • Set up Pension payments with online banking system.
  • Maintain paper and online file systems to keep track of all Pension participants.
  • Effectively communicate retirement Pension processing to eligible participants.
  • Handle high volume of phone calls.
  • Monitor LUERP mailbox.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

High School Diploma or GED and zero – one year of related experience in an office setting.
