Our client is seeking a Certified Elementary School Teacher - Chicago, IL.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in teaching or a specialized subject.
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in elementary education (grades K-6).
• Familiarity with the Illinois State Learning Standards for elementary education.

• Deliver lessons in subjects such as English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies, tailored to the developmental needs of elementary students.
• Develop engaging and effective lesson plans that align with state standards and the school curriculum.
• Regularly assess students' academic performance through tests, quizzes, assignments, and observations, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Establish and maintain a positive, productive classroom environment that promotes learning, respect, and appropriate behavior.
