Job Description
Bucktown Academy is seeking a teacher assistant for our Saplings Program (ages 3-5). Hours are from 8:00am-2:00pm. This is a year round position. Responsibilities are to organize classroom activities, support/assist lead teacher, set-up/clean-up classroom, work with students one-on-one, and interact daily with parents. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and being part of a team. Early childhood experience is needed.
We are a small and stress-free school with a small student to teacher ratio. This is a great learning environment for anyone who wants to teach in the early childhood field. The position starts ASAP. Please only respond if you are passionate about early childhood and have experience working with children ages 3-5. Salary based on experience and credentials.
