School! Early Childhood Lead Teacher Assistant

Kensington School is a full day private preschool with childcare for infants through pre-kindergarten aged children. With over 55 years of Early Childhood Education experience, our schools are created to give every child the very best first school experience.

Kensington School is seeking experienced Early Childhood Teachers and Teacher Assistants to join our teaching staff. We are a growing company and love to promote from within therefore we consistently have space for like-minded educators to join our team! We are opening our new city location this year!

Our West Loop location is expected to open summer 2026! We are currently hiring for all positions.

To be considered for a position, applicants must:

• Have experience with young children ages 0-5
• Enjoy spending time with young children!
• Have passion for teaching and caring for young children
• Have open availability to work a Full-Time schedule, Monday through Friday
• Meet DCFS position requirements

Lead Teachers earn an hourly rate of $24.

Teacher Assistants earn an hourly rate of $20.

This is a full-time position. Full time employees have access to a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, PTO, and paid CPR/First Aid training.
