About the PositionAs a General Ed Teacher, you will lead classroom instruction for grades PK‑8, implement the Multi‑Tier System of Support (MTSS), and build relationships with students, families, and the broader community. The role requires daily classroom operation, data‑driven instruction, and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.

- Deliver curriculum‑aligned instructional activities and use data to adjust instruction.

- Maintain a positive, community‑based learning environment.
- Apply effective classroom management skills to create a constructive learning climate.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and meet school‑wide goals.
- Work professionally with parents and guardians to support student success.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Principal.
- Professional Educator’s License (PEL) in Elementary Education.
- Demonstrated record of living LEARN’s Core Values.
- Strong classroom management and data‑analysis skills.
- Commitment to supporting student academic and social‑emotional needs.
- Bilingual in at least two languages.
- 1+ year of teaching experience.
- Track record of improving student academic achievement.

The teacher works in a dynamic classroom environment, supervising children at all times. Activities may occur simultaneously, requiring time management and supervision skills. Appointment may involve participation in school‑wide events, field trips, and professional development sessions.
