- Advocate for students and collaborate with student support team: special education case manager, culture team, teachers, and student advisor
- Serving student needs as indicated by IEPs, 504 plans and referrals
- Use data to identify and address the highest-need areas for support at your school
- Run one-on-one and small-group interventions as needed
- Research and refer students to community resources
- Contribute to the staff learning on supporting students’ social emotional wellness
- An unwavering belief that all students can succeed in high school, college, and lead exemplary lives
- Proven track record of results in previous roles
- Self-awareness, a regular practice of reflection, and a desire to continuously improve
- Mastery of and enthusiasm for your academic subject
- Proven commitment to serving students of color and contributing to anti-racism in practice and disposition
- Able to elaborate and dialogue walking through situations with students along differences
- Familiar with de-escalating conflicts
- Strong communication skills, able to successfully communicate and collaborate with lots of different stakeholders
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW) Degree required
- Professional Educators License (PEL) with Social Work endorsement required
- Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Moreover, for professionals who do not currently hold an in use teaching license, the Noble Licensure Program offers a robust set of programs and corresponding financial benefits for teachers to obtain licensure while teaching pensations range is $60,000-$81,000.
