Position Summary

The Admissions Representative is responsible for successfully recruiting degree-seeking students for the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Psychopharmacology programs at The Chicago School. The role covers all phases of the admissions process from initial contact through enrollment.

Job Description

The Representative will work primarily at a designated campus location and will be required to be present on campus. Evening and weekend availability required, and occasional domestic travel.

Principal Duties
  • Recruit new students for assigned programs, serving as primary point of contact throughout admissions.
  • Complete high level of outbound calls daily, following established scripts and policies.
  • Respond to new student inquiries quickly and maintain consistent communication.
  • Conduct telephone-based, virtual, and in-person consultations to qualify prospective students, explain programs, advise on admission requirements, and ensure all paperwork completed properly.
  • Maintain Salesforce database through inquiry management, proper documentation, logging of calls and activities, and purposeful contact strategy.
  • Represent university professionally in telephone, virtual, and in-person meetings and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Computer skills including experience using customer relationship management systems and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous admissions experience is preferred, but not required.
