• Deliver high-quality, student-centered learning experiences across classroom, lab, and clinical environments.
• Provide guidance to junior faculty on teaching strategies, classroom management, and academic integrity while supporting student development and remediation.
• Contribute to curriculum evaluation and development to ensure course alignment with program and regulatory standards.
• Ensure students demonstrate readiness through evidence-based instruction, simulation, and formative assessment.
• Model lifelong learning and active participation in professional organizations and continuing education.
• Work closely with program leadership to uphold consistency, quality, and innovation across all areas of instruction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Registered Nurse, including at least 3 years of teaching experience in nursing education.
• Current, unenced Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
• Proven track record of teaching excellence and student success.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Deep understanding of curriculum design and assessment.
