Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

AB Staffing is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) that are available for the 2025/2026 school year.

Undergraduate, or Graduate, degree from an accredited college or university in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields a plus. RBT Certification required. Must have a Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate paraprofessional endorsement. Experience in a school environment and/or with special needs population required. Demonstration of knowledge, abilities, and skills to effectively manage the behaviors of children with behavioral challenges and the ability to collect, record, and use behavioral data Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must have the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; and the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions;
May include frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to approximately 25 pounds and occasional lifting of equipment and/or materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds may be required.

Responsible for supporting the implementation of the behavioral plans for students. Participate in on‑going training in highly specialized strategies and interventions for implementing individualized behavior plans under the direction of BCBA staff. Use training to take appropriate actions to deal with recurring behavioral situations with the supervision of the teacher. Performs related work as required.

$1,050 – $1,125 per week
