Associate/Full Professor (Tenure Track) - Management & Entrepreneurship (26-27) Full‑time Faculty Positions

Full‑time faculty positions will be posted on a per‑opening basis. Postings are organized by college/school and department. Applicants will be evaluated at the college/school level for the position which they are submitting an application. Unless noted by a close date, positions will remain open until they are filled. Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

DePaul University invites expressions of interest for a pool of qualified Part Time Faculty to teach courses in a variety of disciplines across all 10 colleges and schools. Individuals may enter expressions of interest by submitting their credentials to any posting for which they are qualified to teach. Postings are organized by college/school and department. Screening of individuals in the pool is ongoing, depending on curricular need and funding.

Individuals will be contacted by the department if they reach the finalist stage for teaching a particular course or set of courses. The pool will remain in place until the closing date specified in the posting details; those interested in remaining in the pool beyond that time must resubmit. All individuals in the pool will be notified by email when the posting is closed.

The Coleman Endowed Chair in Entrepreneurship primary responsibilities will be to provide strong research and curricular leadership for our entrepreneurship programs, including graduate degree programs (MBA, MS, and Doctorate in Business Administration) and undergraduate major and minor degree offerings, interface with the Coleman Center and its stakeholders, and cultivate and maintain effective relationships with internal advisory boards and Chicago's thriving entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Other responsibilities may include providing guidance to doctoral students pursuing research in the field of entrepreneurship.

The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship houses a diverse, multi‑disciplinary and research‑active faculty who support undergraduate and graduate programs in entrepreneurship, business analytics, human resource management, general management, supply chain management, and sustainability management. Management and Entrepreneurship faculty research has appeared in top‑ranked journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Business Venturing, and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice.

Both the graduate and undergraduate entrepreneurship programs were nationally ranked in the top‑20 by The Princeton Review. The department is also home to the Coleman Center for Entrepreneurship, which received the 2023 Nasdaq Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence. A number of active student groups, including a chapter of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs' Organization, are affiliated with the department.
