Overview
Seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Plastic or Cosmetic Surgeon for an AAAHC-accredited surgical center.
This role is ideal for surgeons wanting to supplement their practice with additional volume, either full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality plastic or cosmetic surgical care within an AAAHC-accredited surgical center.
- Contribute to delivering excellent patient care, safety, and outstanding results, while fostering positive patient and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with the surgical team and administrative staff to ensure efficient operation and patient satisfaction.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery.
- Strong communication and surgical skills with excellent bedside manner.
- Commitment to patient safety and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent compensation ($350,000–$875,000/year)
- Flexible schedule with 2-3 surgical days per week
- Paid malpractice insurance
- Health care options and a liberal non-compete to maintain existing practice
- In-person work with minimal travel (25% preferred)
