Overview

Chicago Concierge Opening – Opportunity to earn an income over one million dollars. Join a respected concierge medicine group of four physicians in the Chicago area, known for providing exceptional, relationship-based care to a highly engaged patient community. The practice has a current patient panel of approximately 400 and an extensive waiting list of 200+ prospective members, with one physician transitioning into retirement.

The practice welcomes either:

• An Endocrinologist interested in treating type 2 and type 1 diabetes, weight management, and providing comprehensive care for diabetic patients; or
• An Internist or Family Physician skilled in managing patients with diabetes.

The daily volume is 4 – 6 patients, allowing physicians to practice comprehensive, evidence-based medicine, address root causes, coordinate care across specialties, and build long-term, trusted relationships with each patient.

Independence and flexibility to set your own schedule with no hospital or weekend call responsibilities.

This is an opportunity for a physician who values depth of care over volume, critical thinking, and clinical challenge, and who wants to make a tangible, lasting impact on patients’ health and lives.

Although each physician operates as an independent legal entity, the group shares office space, staff, and overhead expenses, fostering a collaborative and collegial environment. Physicians support one another through cross-coverage and shared best practices, creating a balance of autonomy and teamwork.

The practice maintains close ties to Northwestern Medicine and serves a sophisticated patient base, including donors and community leaders. Compensation is highly competitive with significant upside tied to practice growth.
