Practice Setting

Schedule
- 24-hour call with defined response time
- Options for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off or shorter blocks
- Combination of inpatient rounding and clinic responsibilities
Cases and Procedures
- Bread-and-butter neurosurgery
- Trauma and emergency neurosurgical consults
- Broad inpatient case mix
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery
- Active Illinois license or open to IMLC physicians
- BLS, ACLS, and CSR required
Travel Accommodations
- Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage provided
