Physician - Urology - Endourology – Chicago, IL. Rush University Medical Center invites applications for the position of an Endourologist to join the Department of Surgery, Division of Urology. Qualified candidates will specialize in stone treatment and management of benign prostate disease. Experience in all aspects of Urology is highly desired. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Urology.

The predominant criteria for appointment include a major commitment to research, teaching, and patient satisfaction, excellence in clinical care, and institutional service. Candidates should be eligible for a faculty appointment at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level.

• Provide clinical care in Urology with a focus on endourology, stone disease management, and related endourologic procedures.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring within the department and medical education programs.
• Participate in research activities and contribute to scholarly work as part of an academic health system.
• Contribute to institutional service and help advance patient satisfaction and quality of care.

• Board certified or board eligible in Urology.
• Experience in all aspects of Urology is highly desired.
• Eligible for a faculty appointment at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level.

Pay Range: $410,000 -- $627,000. Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs. The total pay range reflects factors such as knowledge, experience, education, licensure, location, and institutional considerations. This range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee and may include sign-on, retention bonuses, and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation based on productivity.
