CRNA Opportunity – Community Hospital Setting in SW Chicago

Join a collegial, well-supported anesthesiology team at a community hospital with a stable schedule and consistent case mix. We are currently seeking a full-time anesthesiologist and CRNA to join our expanding department.

• 3 full-time anesthesiologists and one 0.7 FTE anesthesiologist
• 1 full-time CRNA
• Supplemental coverage includes:
  • 1 anesthesiologist assisting with day shifts 1–2 times/week
  • 1 CRNA assisting with day shifts 1–2 times/week
  • 2 anesthesiologists providing 3–4 in-house call shifts per month each

• New graduates welcome – ideal for early-career physicians eager to learn and grow
• Must have completed standard anesthesiology residency training

• Typical week: 3–4 weekday shifts (Monday–Friday), 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Call shifts:
  • One 12:00 PM – 7:00 AM in-house call per week, followed by a post-call day off
  • One weekend call required monthly
  • Three 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM backup calls per month (approximately 25% chance of being called in, with most cases completed by 10:00 PM)

Broad range of community hospital cases, including:

• Orthopedic, general, abdominal, GI, GU, gynecological, ENT, OB/Labor & Delivery, podiatry
• Pediatric cases (ages 5+) including tonsillectomies, appendectomies, and ortho
• No neurosurgery, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, transplant, or trauma cases

• 3 main operating rooms
• 1 GI suite
• 1 dedicated OB OR
