Join a dynamic Emergency Medicine team at a leading acute care hospital in Waukegan, IL, offering full-time positions with flexible scheduling.
- Work 12-hour shifts (day or night) with predictable block scheduling, averaging 12–14 shifts per month.
- Earn competitive pay: $270/hr for days, $290/hr for nights, plus up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly.
- Benefit from malpractice insurance (with tail), reliable hours as a 1099 independent contractor, and strong on-site leadership.
- Ideal candidates are Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine, licensed or eligible in Illinois, experienced with high-acuity cases, and excellent communicators.
