Rush Oak Lawn Outpatient Center – a multispecialty outpatient practice implementing primary care services starting February 2026.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and support team.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Contribute to practice growth during the expansion phase.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution.
• Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Valid Illinois medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Research opportunities and teaching with a faculty appointment at Rush University may be available for consideration.

Pay Range: $261,000 – $383,000

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge, skills, experience, and other business factors. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets are also available.
