Location:

Chicago, IL. This is a full-time Emergency Medicine Faculty Physician position with a focus on clinical care, teaching residents, and participating in scholarly activity and residency education.

$/hr - $/hr

• Be involved in teaching residents and resident education/conference.
• Provide compassionate care to the community and practice evidence-based standards of care for emergency medical services.
• Engage in scholarly activity with support from a dedicated research department.
• Work within a 25-bed ED with a Fast-track zone run by APCs and an expected 40,000 annual ED visits.
• Contribute to program development as part of the new Emergency Medicine Residency Program.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the mission, values, and behaviors of Insight Hospital and Medical Center.

• Residency completed in Emergency Medicine.
• ABEM certified (or Board Eligible within 3 years of residency completion).
• Active Illinois state license required.
• ACLS required for all providers.
• Covid-19 Vaccination.
• Experience with teaching and academics.

We are starting a new Emergency Medicine Residency Program and are looking for individuals dedicated to Emergency Medicine and Resident Education. Candidates must be ABEM-certified or board-eligible.
