• Salary: $180K-$240K/year for Internal Medicine, $180K-$200K/year for Family Medicine, with up to $11K in bonuses

• See approximately 3 patients per hour; 80% adults, 20% under 18
• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, no call responsibilities
• Work 4 days onsite and 1 day from home; telehealth options available, but at least 1 day per week onsite in Chicago

• Must speak Spanish at a 7/10 proficiency or higher; many patients are older and primarily Spanish-speaking

• Team-oriented, experienced with PCMH model, collaborating with MAs, receptionists, care coordinators, and care managers
