Rush University Medical Center , a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, invites applications for the position of Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences ,
Section of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry . This position will be primarily based at the Rush Behavioral Medicine’s West Campus.

Qualifications:

  • Physician who has completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship. Experience with younger child populations and/or clinical research experience with such ages Experience and/or interest in working with children and adolescents with substance use disorders (SUD)
  • Experience with younger child populations and/or clinical research experience with such ages
  • Experience and/or interest in working with children and adolescents with substance use disorders (SUD)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conducting specialized diagnostic evaluations and psychopharmacological treatment.
  • Supervising trainees in clinical settings.
  • Serving as core faculty for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship training program.
