Job Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: Chicago, IL
Rush University System for Health, a national leader in patient care, education, research, and community partnerships, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join Rush Oak Lawn Outpatient Center, a multispecialty outpatient practice.
We are excited to announce a major expansion at the Rush Oak Lawn Outpatient Center
, adding Primary Care services starting in February 2026
. The expansion aims to deliver integrated primary and specialized patient care within our community.
Currently, Rush Oak Lawn Outpatient Center offers a range of surgical and medical specialty services, including:
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Collaborate with nursing staff and support team
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Contribute to practice growth during the expansion phase
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
- Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Rush offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive total compensation.
Pay Range: $261,000 – $383,000
