Position Overview

The Department of Surgery, Division of Acute Care Surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks an outstanding early to mid-career Acute Care Surgeon to join our thriving practice. Northwestern Memorial Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center and one of the premier academic medical centers in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team of clinicians, educators, and researchers.

Furthermore, the Division is recognized for innovative excellence in education.

• Care of surgical patients on the Trauma/Emergency General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care services.
• Education of medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Independent research with protected time commensurate with supported activity.

• Board certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.

The expected base pay range for this position is $350,000 - $470,000.
