Position Overview

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full‑time, non‑tenure‑eligible Clinician‑Educator at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor.

The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.

Clinical and Academic Mission

Working in the Center for Sexual Medicine and Menopause (CSMM) in concert with the Center for Complex Gynecology (CCG) at Northwestern Medicine, this role is part of a unique, friendly, highly collaborative, multidisciplinary center of excellence dedicated to improving the quality of life for women.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical care of outpatients and inpatient consultations.
  • Involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education.
  • Participation in clinical research.
Qualifications
  • Board‑certified or active candidate in ABOG.
  • Expertise in sexual medicine and menopause (ideally NAMS‑certified). Expertise in bone health and vulvar conditions is desirable.
  • Ability to collaboratively diagnose and treat a wide variety of gynecologic conditions and also know one’s limits.
  • A commitment to clinical research and/or education for academic career advancement.
Compensation & Benefits

The expected base pay range for this position is $260,000–$290,000. Salary and academic appointment will be commensurate with achievements and experience. Pay will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, departmental budget, internal comparators, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
