RoleWe are searching for a LEAD DESIGNER. We function in a hybrid work environment and support flexibility between work and home life.
Hospitality at DxUDxU has been involved in hospitality since its founding. Providing architectural and design services for hundreds of food and beverage projects throughout the US each year, we believe this sector is truly part of our DNA. We immerse ourselves in the conceptualization and design of these projects and proudly call ourselves foodies. We consider our office to be an extension of our clients, with the expectation that our design will integrate the concepts of culture and philosophy creating unique customer experiences.
PositionSummary
Conceptualize, design, and oversee all aspects of the exterior and interior design, ensuring the aesthetic expectations are maintained. Scope will be from conceptualization through project closeout. This team member must be able to develop strong client relationships.

Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in the hospitality design industry
- Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with Sketch Up and 3D rendering software
- Strong creative design and drawing skillset, 3D modeling, illustration abilities
- Strong understanding of commercial/contract grade materials and finishes
- Assist with design development, including space planning and FFE choices/ selections
- Strong creative design and drawing skillset, 3D modeling abilities
- Construction administration – shop drawing review and project deliverables

The pay range for this role is: $80,000 – $95,000 USD.
