** Job Description*
* Cintas is seeking a Manager of Design who will manage an industry leading design team that promotes creative vision, design integrity and image development resulting in meeting and exceeding sales and profitability goals.

The Manager of Design will be responsible for reviewing all design requests to provide creative direction and ensure designs are aligned with business solutions;in conjunction with entire design team determine design direction as it relates to the selection of silhouttes for catalogand offered lines; work with sales and marketing to determine appropriate level of design support tomeet and exceed customer needs and Cintas strategic goals;work

cross functionally to ensure customer product offerings remain relevant, competitive and are maintaining quality standards.

** Skills/Qualifications*
* Required

+ Minimum 8 years of garment design experience.

+ Previous experience illustrating conceptual renderings.

+ Working knowledge of garment construction and materials necessary to design garments.

+ Previous experience designing a collection around one theme.

+ Previous experience presenting to a group of employees and/or customer.

+ Knowledge of and experience using Internet and Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email with calendar management like Outlook), AI, Photoshop and InDesign.

+ Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

** Compensation*
* A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $128,700 - $167,200/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
