Part Coordinator

As a Spare Parts Coordinator III
, you’ll be a critical link between our customers, service teams, and supply chain operations. You’ll ensure fast, accurate spare parts delivery
, support machine-down emergencies, and build trusted customer relationships — all while working with cutting-edge automated machinery.

• ✔️ High School Diploma or GED required
• ✔️ Technical or Associate Degree preferred
• ✔️ 3+ years of experience in spare parts, maintenance, or repair within an automated machinery environment
• ✔️ Packaging, filling, or capping equipment experience strongly preferred
• ✔️ ISO 9001 environment experience is a plus

• ✅ Process and manage customer quotes, orders, RMAs, and acknowledgments with accuracy and urgency
• ✅ Identify and source parts using mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• ✅ Collaborate with Service, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to resolve critical machine-down situations
• ✅ Follow up on open quotes, urgent shipments, and service visit reports
• ✅ Maintain precise order records and shipping documentation (domestic & international)
• ✅ Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to keep priorities aligned

• 🔹 Strong technical aptitude — able to read mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and assembly drawings
• 🔹 Proven ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues under pressure
• 🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• 🔹 Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow technically
• 🔹
  Bilingual Spanish or French is a plus 🌎

• ⏱️ May require flexible hours to support customer needs and urgent projects
• 🦺 Exposure to warehouse equipment, moderate noise, and PPE when required
