Working closely with the Art Director and Graphic Designers, they help bring brand stories to life through compelling design, consistent branding, and fresh ideas. This role combines hands-on design work with conceptual thinking to support marketing campaigns.  
** What You'll Do:
*** Develops cohesive on-brand visual concepts for commercial banking marketing initiatives.
* Support the Art Director and AVP, Creative Services Director on campaign and project visuals
* Guides Graphic Designers with concepts to produce assets and templates
* Collaborates with commercial banking marketing subject matter experts to align on projects and campaign strategies

Qualifications:

* 3 to 5 years of related experience
* Expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
* Expert-level knowledge Indesign Skills
* Strong concepting skills
* Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and branding princples
* Strong Digital design skills
* Email and landing page layout
* Visual storyteller
* Collaborative and Team Player

* ** The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000
