We’re looking for a skilled Freelance Production Graphic Designer to support our in‑house design efforts, primarily in updating and creating graphics for client deliverables, sales decks, one‑pagers, and marketing materials. You’ll work closely with our designer to maintain brand consistency and visual storytelling across presentations and assets. We are looking for someone design‑savvy with an ability to work within brand standards and technical graphic specifications.

• 16-24 hours work per week (in our Chicago office preferred)
• Work with pre-approved production templates to generate high-volume graphic variants and client assets
• Update and refine existing sales decks and marketing assets using current templates and brand guidelines
• Relay brand, language, and design changes across existing materials
• Create new slides or materials based on existing examples and direction
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple file types and formats (Keynote, PowerPoint, Canva)
• Pull and organize images, icons, and video thumbnails from our asset management system
• Help organize, rename, and update our shared design folders and asset libraries
• Prepare export-ready files for internal and external presentations

• Strong experience in Keynote, PowerPoint and Canva
• Ability to learn new tools and follow production guidelines
• Proven ability to work from existing materials and maintain brand consistency
• Experience designing for sales, marketing, or B2B presentations
• Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable managing multiple files and asset libraries
• Bonus:
  Familiarity with asset management systems (we primarily use Iconik) and Adobe Suite
• Experience with motion graphics or Adobe After Effects a plus
• Collaborative and comfortable with quick turnarounds
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask clarifying questions
