• Executes sophisticated design on high‑profile and complex creative challenges.
• Participates in the creative process—clients and team—from concept to completion, including kick‑off calls, alignment meetings and art direction of outside agencies.
• Leads creative discussions, critiques and brainstorming sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Art or Design/Visual Communications or similar.
• 8‑10 years of prior design experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Management experience of a small team, proven leadership in design and/or project management.
• Exceptional communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong design and page layout skills with the ability to create graphic elements from scratch.
• Proficiency in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with high organizational and customer‑service skills.

USD  –  per year. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, location, market conditions and internal considerations.

On‑site – Chicago, IL. Hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
