Experience:

Must have extensive experience in web development, design security, and multi‑channel marketing and social media management. Working knowledge of design/publishing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and/or Premiere Pro or similar required. Must have experience which provides a general knowledge of marketing/advertising principles and practices. Active practitioners of social media and networking platforms (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, etc.)

and their respective participants. Must process a broad understanding of social media trends/technologies and research/analytic tools. Must be creative, detail oriented, and accomplish multiple tasks within deadlines. Must be able to produce media without grammatical errors and have the ability to take well composed quality photographs/video with a digital camera.

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.

EDUCATION:

Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying.
