Dental Assistant (DA)

North Dental Professionals is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross‑trained to help in every department.

• We travel between our two locations every other week. So the position would be for both offices.

• Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM

• $25-29 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)

• X‑Ray certification in Illinois preferred but not required
• Coronal Polish/Sealant certification required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR certification
• Computer efficiency — charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team‑player attitude
• Ability to multi‑task
• Open‑minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
