Dental Assistant position available for a high tech and fast paced dental practice in the Chatham community, emphasis on excellence in patient care and team development. Applicants must be able to understand and explain dental procedures, have ADVANCED clinical and lab skills, excellent communication and organizational skills. Advanced performance expectations of applicant include but not limited to ability to take quality
x-rays without retakes, study models to reveal proper anatomy, trimming models according to orthodontic standards, fabrication of anatomically correct temporary crowns and bridges, laboratory case preparations, ability to promote and discuss treatment and fees, works at a fast pace and ability to multi-task, and respects attentiveness to detail.
Computer literacy is required as well (i.e. downloading and email transfer of images, etc). Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus.

We are only interested in applicants with advanced dental experience, an outgoing personality, and a stable employment history.
