Registered Dental Hygienist Role:As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients and providing exceptional clinical care. You will work directly with dentists to deliver a positive patient experience while ensuring treatment aligns with the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities:- Reviewing patient charts and understanding health history prior to treatment
- Greeting and engaging patients, explaining treatment, and answering questions
- Providing clinical care, including five screenings, gathering records, and educating patients on oral health conditions and treatment plans
- Scheduling recall and restorative appointments
- Documenting patient updates and ensuring accurate records
- Maintaining infection control protocols, operatory cleanliness, and instrument sterilization
- Expanding clinical skills through ongoing training and continuing education
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Laser Certification
- Local Anesthetic Certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
