- Job Title: Associate, Ticket Services (Part-time)
- Department: Ticket Service

- Reports To: Director, Ticket Services;
Manager, Premier Service - Location: Chicago, IL
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Compensation: $18 per hour USD
Our business is a team sport built on creating and delivering memorable experiences around Cubs baseball and other live events.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for Premier & Ticket Services teams including mailing, promotional item organization, and assistance with game day, concerts, and events.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of all Premier and Season Ticket related benefits including gift bag deliveries, on‑field visits, and others as needed.
- Coordinate, organize, and execute all Guaranteed Gate Giveaway (GGG) fulfillment.
- Manage item inventory, packaging, labeling, and distribution processes.
- Support Season Ticket Service and Premier Service/Sales teams with single‑game premier rentals by performing customer service check‑ins on game days to ensure the experience is as promised.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to thoroughly record and maintain all client‑related activities.
- Demonstrated personable, passionate, determined, and professional attitude.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proven ability to follow through on all tasks.
- Ability to function in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new technology.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to work non‑traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum +1 year of experience in hospitality, sales, community outreach, public relations, or customer service.
- Passion for baseball, the Chicago Cubs, Wrigley Field, and its unique history.
- Positive attitude and commitment to professionalism.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating toward team goals.
- Capability to work under stress and respond well to coaching and feedback.
- Experience in promotional event planning, execution, and delivery.
- Self‑starter with leadership skills.
- On‑site parking.
