Honda of Downtown Chicago, part of the esteemed Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers, ensuring a positive first impression as they visit our dealership. Your role will include managing the front desk, handling calls, directing inquiries, and assisting our team with various administrative tasks.

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly demeanor as they enter the dealership
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
• Provide general administrative support, including managing appointments and maintaining a clean, organized front desk
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
• Basic knowledge of office software and phone systems

$17.50 - $20 an hour
