Overnight Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They are the “face” of PLS, accountable for delivering superior customer service, educating customers on our products and services, and maintaining company quality standards and compliance with policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
- Educating customers on our products and services
- Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Using the point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions
- Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution
- Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members
- Performing other duties as instructed by management
Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is preferred
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be honest and have integrity
- Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency is required
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
- Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels

Salary: $16.60 - $18.20 USD per hour
