Regal Wings is seeking an experienced, polished Senior Reservation Agent to join our award-winning team. This role is ideal for a high-performing travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong command of global air and hotel products, and is passionate about delivering exceptional, high-touch service to premium travelers.

• Research and create customized domestic and international airfare proposals using Sabre GDS
• Manage end-to-end luxury travel bookings with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction
• Deliver outstanding service throughout the travel planning process, proactively resolving client needs and challenges
• Support sales goals by promoting luxury travel offerings and collaborating with marketing initiatives
• Optimize and refine complex travel itineraries to meet the expectations of premium travelers

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a travel advisor role with proven success selling air and hotel
• Advanced GDS proficiency (Sabre preferred; Amadeus or comparable experience accepted)
• Strong knowledge of international itineraries and rate structures
• Excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and initiative-driven problem solving
• Professional communication skills and strong relationship-building ability
• Degree or training in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred
