THE JOB
Fan ambassadors will proactively interact with guests to provide information and assistance. The goal of the fan ambassador is to help create once-in-a-lifetime experiences for our guests!
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Communicate venue information about policies and procedures to guests as they prepare to enter the venue.
- Be Loud!!
- Use of voice amplification equipment (megaphone) will be required.
- Answer questions about venue components such as upgrades/upsell programs, purchasing fan merchandise, tour VIP activations, etc.
- As needed, Direct restroom and concession lines to shorten guest wait times.
- Assist guests with needs such as finding their seats, seat relocation, and purchasing upsell.
- Assist upper management in crew member incentive programs.
- Monitor the crowd for behavior that needs to be addressed by venue management or law personnel.
- Participate in the post-show cleaning of the venue.
- Provide great customer service to all of our guests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
- The position requires you to be able to work during all weather conditions since this is an outdoor venue.
- Position requires constant walking or standing in one place for long periods of time.
- Any operational tasks designated by the Operations Manager and General Manager.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Desire to initiate conversations with guests.
- Experience not required.
- Customer service, friendly attitude, and good communication skills.
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policies and procedures.
- Availability on event dates, primarily evenings and weekends.
