An airline company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team at the Customer Contact Center in Chicago. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, assist customers with reservations, and resolve inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in English, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and previous experience in customer service or call centers are preferred.

Starting rate is $19.64 per hour, and the position is bonus eligible.
