OBH Group Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Actively sell group admission and meal packages over the phone, in-person, or by email.
• Maintain detailed booking documentation by ensuring records are properly tracked through spreadsheets and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Proactively communicate with all groups before the event date to confirm reservation details, upsell opportunities, ticket distribution, meal guarantees, collateral, and special requests.
• Execute day-of-event operations by providing on-site event support to ensure a successful outing.
• Finalize post-event responsibilities, including ticket reconciliation, financial accounting, and reporting.
• Assist with lead qualification to grow existing accounts and generate new business opportunities by utilizing CRM tools to track sales calls, emails, customer communications, and lead activity.
• Train, support, and supervise group sales team members, ensuring adherence to procedures, completion of opening and closing duties, timely follow-through on assigned tasks, and consistent customer service standards are met.
• Ensure phones and emails are handled promptly and professionally to provide a positive and informative customer experience.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of daily waterpark operations, amenities and layout to provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate opening and closing duties and ensure completion of assigned work responsibilities and special projects within designated timelines.
• Perform or delegate administrative and clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, message handling, and general office support.
• Adhere to all park policies and procedures while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience in sales or equivalent supervisory experience required
• Friendly, upbeat attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to accept guidance, constructive criticism, and supervision
• Demonstrate ability to work independently while still being able to work well with others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration, sun protection and other precautions as necessary

• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds, teamlift for heavier objects
