• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions and opening new accounts, complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on the use of self‑service technology such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to all bank policies.

• Fluent reading and speaking in both English and Spanish.
