The Customer Operations Representative is responsible for scheduling and updating shipments to ensure timely delivery. Keeping an open line of communication regarding tender acceptance and providing status updates.
Responsibilities- Responsible for data entry and internal communication with the carrier team.
- Load tracking and monitoring the entire duration of the shipment process.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Communicating with customers about any delays, excess charges, and any other issues that may arise.
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of recent logistics customer operations experience.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and excellent attention to detail.
