Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $88,000.00/yr

Location: Sales Office – Chicago, IL

Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): $88,430

As a Customer Success Representative
, you’ll be the bridge between our Sales and Support teams, ensuring customers have a seamless experience with KEYENCE software. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, training, and supporting customers while identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

• Become a subject matter expert in KEYENCE software products
• Onboard and train customers to maximize product utilization
• Maintain strong customer relationships and minimize churn
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
• Implement customer success programs and guide clients through them
• Provide post‑sale support and resolve customer issues

• Programming experience in any language (required)
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to engage customers virtually via Teams, Zoom, or phone
• Highly organized and accountable

• Bonus Target: $24,000 annually (performance‑based), paid quarterly
