Duration: 8 months with possible extension or conversion
Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hr on w2 - without benefits

RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience (3 years) and a strong portfolio; or military experience.
- Proven experience in copywriting or creative writing within a professional setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into simple, accessible language.
- Strong understanding of brand voice, editorial standards, and messaging guidelines.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Strong copywriting experience across digital and print channels.
- Experience writing short-form direct response copy.
- Ability to produce customer communications such as emails, landing pages, website content, direct mail, and signage.
- Experience working in regulated industries (financial services, pharma, healthcare, etc.).
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, legal disclaimers, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills with designers and art directors.
- Ability to work across multiple content formats and channels.
- Prior experience in regulated environments such as financial services, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience working within creative marketing teams.
- Ability to balance creative messaging with compliance constraints.
- Experience collaborating closely with designers and creative teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different formats and templates.
- Strong sense of customer intuition and decision-making skills.
- Develop a wide range of customer communications, including clear instructions, informative updates, and engaging content.
- Partner with designers, strategists, and marketing partners to ensure aligned and effective messaging.
- Manage project timelines, processes, and proactively seek solutions.
- Produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Actively listen to and incorporate feedback to continuously improve communications.
- Clearly articulate and present work and rationale to stakeholders.
