We’re searching for a Human Resources Intern who will assist in employee relations, co‑own the onboarding of new hires, and ensure proper day‑to‑day HR administration is completed.

Overview of a day in the life:

• Co‑owns the onboarding of new hires, which includes but not limited to orientation presentation & storing employee paperwork
• Creates project updates written and/or verbally to team members. Offers suggestions, ideas and key learnings to further enhance collaborative team environment
• Creates or contributes to timelines, schedules and accurate budgets
• Prioritizes tasks and manages time effectively exemplifying quality customer service with colleagues and clients
• Participates in meetings and articulates status in team and client interactions
• Understands and provides guidance of the Digitas benefits offered
• Stores information accurately according to expectations

• Demonstrates self‑starter style
• Demonstrates agility by working effectively in a variety of environments, including small and large teams
• Demonstrates hunger for new knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with prompt‑based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL
