  • Post to and manage social media accounts reaching millions of users, from Facebook to Tik Tok
  • Oversee the creation of social media and video content, ensuring best practices are followed to maximize impact
  • Evaluate content, workflow, and strategy, using data to provide recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure News Nation’s digital content maintains high standards and differentiates our brand from our competitors
  • Keep up to date on the latest trends in digital and social video production and share with the larger team

  • Good news judgement and ability to spot stories / topics with high potential reach
  • Strong writing skills and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Ability to quickly edit video and photos in high‑pressure situations
  • Knowledge of data and analytics and demonstrated ability to use that data to make decisions
  • Good communicator who can work collaboratively
  • Experience using Adobe Suite, including Premiere and Photoshop (preferred)
  • Journalism background preferred but not required
  • Experience directing on‑camera talent a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work‑related experience
