We are current seeking a Graphic Designer that is responsible for contributing to the execution of brand concepts into effective visual designs. Under the direction of the VP, Director Design Director, you will work on several projects at a time and assist in many phases of creative development. Your talents for concepting will be highlighted in the creative you execute for the business.
You will consistently challenge yourself to produce work to the highest standards, and you are able to manage priorities independently. Your passion for print, digital and interactive design, as well as the latest trends in mobile, social media, and technology are reflected in your work.
*** This role is Hybrid 3 days a week (M/W/TH) in Chicago's Loop area.
The Graphic Design role must be fluent in leveraging AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, streamline production workflows, and elevate design precision across platforms. You understand how to responsibly integrate generative AI into concept development, content creation, image enhancement, and rapid prototyping, while maintaining brand integrity and originality.
Beyond technical expertise, our Graphic Designer embodies strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives. You are proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a growth mindset that embraces feedback and continuous learning. Your ability to manage time efficiently, think critically, and present ideas confidently ensures that projects move forward with clarity, creativity, and impact.
Job Duties /Responsibilities- Generate bold, original creative ideas that elevate brand storytelling and drive meaningful audience engagement.
- Develop innovative design solutions across Brand Campaigns, Social and Digital Campaigns, Brand Identity systems, Creative Presentation Decks, Video, Print, and Packaging.
- Interpret and translate creative briefs into thoughtful, strategic design concepts that align with brand objectives and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Design and Creative teams to deliver cohesive, concept-driven solutions that support and strengthen brand strategy.
- Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions—both independently and within integrated, cross-functional teams, to explore and define compelling creative directions.
- Partner with the VP, Director of Design and Creative leadership to iterate on feedback, refine concepts, and ensure work meets the highest creative standards.
Skills and Abilities
Skills
- Strong foundation in typography, illustration, and motion graphics, with a keen eye for composition, detail, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Keynote, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Sketch, Zeplin, and Figma required.
