You’ll collaborate across creative, brand, leadership, and enterprise teams to bring polish, structure, and storytelling to every slide. From investor decks and partner presentations to internal narratives, your work will reflect the highest standards of design and brand alignment. If you’re someone who treats presentations like a true creative medium—where layout, hierarchy, motion, and story come together to inform and inspire—this is your role. You’ll own the look, feel, and functionality of the slides that matter most, and you’ll help shape how our brand shows up in its most defining moments.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling, on-brand presentations that clearly communicate key narratives to investors, partners, and other external stakeholders.

• Translate business strategy, product features, and data into clean, digestible, and visually engaging slides.

• Collaborate closely with the creative, brand, leadership, and enterprise teams to transform complex ideas into impactful visual stories.

• Own the end-to-end presentation design process—from concept to final polish—ensuring consistency, clarity, and creative excellence.

• Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills, integrating photos, video, motion, animation, and interactive elements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

• Build and maintain a scalable library of branded templates, slide components, and visual systems that enable speed without sacrificing quality.

• Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with Super File’s evolving brand identity and design standards.

• Work efficiently under tight deadlines without sacrificing craft, clarity, or attention to detail.

• Stay ahead of trends in design, storytelling, and presentation tools—and proactively bring fresh thinking to the table.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in visual or graphic design, with a strong emphasis on presentation design—preferably within a fast-paced creative agency environment.

• A portfolio that showcases best-in-class presentation work: visually stunning, strategically sound, and obsessively detailed.

• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, with strong working knowledge of Google Slides, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).

• Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy—with the ability to adapt and elevate within an established brand system.

• Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to turn raw content or complex ideas into cohesive, narrative-driven decks.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including brand, marketing, product, and executive leadership.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, self-starting projects, and managing shifting priorities without sacrificing quality.

• Clear communicator and collaborative partner who brings ideas to the table and takes feedback with ease.
