Senior Brand Designer

A fast-growing, innovation-led technology company is hiring a Senior Brand Designer to help bring clarity, intention, and structure to a brand being built from the ground up.

The team is looking for someone who doesn’t just design on instinct—but understands research, intent, and strategy
, and knows how to translate insights into a scalable visual system. This role fills a current gap between creative ideas and thoughtful execution.

This position will require a fully onsite structure in the Chicago HQ office.

• Define and own the visual identity across typography, color, layout, imagery, and systems
• Turn research, insights, and early direction into intentional design frameworks
• Build scalable brand systems and templates used across product, campaigns, and storytelling
• Translate complex or technical ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives
• Work closely with senior creative leadership to move from concept ? strategy ? execution

• 8+ years in brand or visual design
• Experience across both agency and in-house environments (ex: several years agency + time at a brand)
• Strong systems thinker who designs with purpose—not just aesthetics
• Comfortable building products and brands from scratch in fast-moving environments
• Portfolio shows concept development, strategic thinking, and real-world rollout
• Motion and/or Figma experience is a plus
